Kreshnik Robo is a Partner in the Corporate Finance Department of Deloitte in Albania & Kosova. He is specialized in M&A advisory, transaction support, business planning, business valuation and financial modelling across a number of industrial sectors for both national and international organizations. Since joining Deloitte in 2003, he managed several local and large cross border projects throughout Europe covering geographies such as Italy, UK, Spain and Ireland. Performed high level review and analyses on several financial due diligence projects on oil refining, whole sale and retail petroleum companies; Provided recommendations with regards to discrepancies identified; Lead various business valuation and asset valuation projects; Bad debt analyses for several local and regional companies. He is a Accredited Senior of the American Society of Appraisers.
