Eastern Europe Journal 2 months ago

Real estate developer Sema Real Estate has leased over 1,000 sqm of space to Elite Skills Arena, which will open the most advanced football training center in Sema Parc. This center will cater to both youth players preparing for elite football and professional athletes.

At its location in Sema Parc, Elite Skills Arena aims to revolutionise football training with cutting-edge technology, high-performance equipment, and facilities used by renowned football clubs across Europe, including FC Barcelona, Manchester City, Liverpool, Bayern München, and Borussia Dortmund.

World-renowned footballers such as Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo, and Phil Foden use Elite Skills Arena type of technology in their training sessions.

Sema Parc’s business and urban center is a key location for the debut of Elite Skills Arena in Romania, owing to its modern infrastructure, facilities, and excellent accessibility.

“Elite Skills Arena enhances our client portfolio, and we are delighted to continue our development trajectory at Sema Parc, located in the central-western area of Bucharest. We hold a competitive edge not only through excellent accessibility but also by offering modern facilities designed to support and develop both the community and the business environment,” said Oana Radulea, Managing Partner of Sema Real Estate.

With an investment of over one million euros, Elite Skills Arena (ESA) offers the most advanced training technologies, allowing football players to prepare for performance or recover from injury.

“We are excited to open the first and most advanced Elite Skills Arena training center in South-East Europe, right here in Sema Parc. This launch marks a significant milestone in the development of next-generation football training in our country, setting a new standard for academies and football clubs throughout the region. Our mission is to elevate professional football training to the level of the world’s top football clubs and to help players of all ages reach their full potential. This center represents the first step in a broader vision for nationwide expansion,” said Marius Pavel, Founder of ESA Romania.

The ESA center is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that simulates real match situations, helping players develop technical skills, coordination, reaction, and mental skills. All exercises are monitored and stored for each player, allowing the collection of essential data on performance and providing detailed tracking of long-term progress.

The integration of Elite Skills Arena into the Sema Parc ecosystem underscores the commitment to supporting the development of a modern, connected, and performance-driven community in one of Bucharest’s most vibrant areas.
