Schneider Electric appoints Ionuț Farcaș as President of Central East Europe Zone
Schneider Electric, the leader in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, has appointed Ionut Farcas as President of the Central East Europe Zone.
Ionut joined Schneider Electric in 2014 as Vice President of the Energy Division in Romania, bringing with him prior experience from the same sector in Romania and other European countries. Since joining, he has held several leadership positions having served as Country General Manager for Bulgaria, Albania, N. Macedonia, and Kosovo and later as SVP for the Power Products division responsible for Europe and International Markets.
“I am excited to return to my roots. Central East Europe is a region with great potential for growth and innovation, and Romania remains a highly dynamic and promising market within our company’s global strategy,” said Ionut Farcaș.
