As Bosnia and Herzegovina enters the New Year, there is no shortage of fireworks – of the political kind. Any more seem to be in the pipeline.
The politically charged trial of Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik is winding towards a close, with the possibility of Dodik being found guilty and barred from politics hanging in the air. Meanwhile, the Federation entity government has hiked up the minimum wage; 2025 will reveal whether this decision is sustainable or not.
