Chairman and President of Tianli International, Mr Luo Shi, Leads Delegation to Malaysia for High-Level Education Talks

Eastern Europe Journal 2 months ago

Mr Luo Shi, Chairman and President of Tianli International Holdings, recently led a senior delegation to Malaysia to engage in high-level discussions with Malaysian government officials and national institutions regarding the development of a new international school in the heart of Kuala Lumpur’s city centre (KLCC).

During the visit, the delegation met with Encik Kamil, Political Secretary to the Minister of Finance of Malaysia, alongside senior officials from the Ministry. Discussions centred on the strategic value of the proposed international school in revitalising core assets within KLCC, strengthening Kuala Lumpur’s educational ecosystem, and enhancing the capital’s international positioning. Malaysian representatives welcomed the initial proposal and expressed support for advancing the project into its next stage of development.

The delegation also visited Perbadanan Hartanah Berhad (PHB), a government-linked property investment company playing a key role in national asset management and urban development. Mr Luo and his team met with PHB’s Managing Director, Encik Marzuki, as well as the Chief Investment Officer and Chief Development Officer. The discussions focused on the strategic potential of the KLCC site, urban value enhancement, and the integration of premium international education resources. PHB acknowledged Tianli’s institutional strengths in governance, curriculum systems, and international resource integration, and expressed positive support for the project’s overall positioning.

KLCC, as Kuala Lumpur’s principal financial and commercial district, represents one of the most strategically significant locations in Malaysia. The establishment of a high-quality international school within this district is expected to contribute to the area’s long-term development while reinforcing Kuala Lumpur’s role as a regional education hub. The visit marked an important step in securing institutional alignment and laid the groundwork for further structural planning and implementation.
